A follow up event of the January workshop, this was held to explore further how the Village Barn can be used, how it can serve its “bridge” between the village of Prädikow and the project group that is establishing a cohousing on the site. This event served to collect ideas for the future use of the village barn, and further develop those that are both desired and deemed a long-term necessity both by the project group and village inhabitants. A further task was to allocate a certain amount of space and function that corresponded to the planned uses. As a result, the following categories of use were developed: cooking, events and celebrations, sewing and creative design, digital work (co-working), knowledge exchange (village academy), and also sports & exercise.
