In January 2021, the TWBPT obtained the leasehold to a building nearby, we call it the Tyre shop, because it was one (called “High Street Tyres”) until recently. This building is also on the corner of a large empty plot, designated for a housing development. So, we are now talking with various potential stakeholders to make sure the project will be collaborative.
