OpenHeritage has released its first Policy Brief. Read up on adaptive heritage reuse, general trends across Europe and the challenges faced in planning and implementing heritage reuse projects. What are the key themes across European countries right now and, most importantly, what are our recommendations for policy makers?
Our short, clear and concise document created for practitioners, researchers, and, of course, policy makers can be downloaded here. The policy brief is based on the first OpenHeritage Dialogue and the 1.2 Deliverable (Mapping of current heritage re-use policies and regulations in Europe) both of which include more background information on the topic.
In total, there will be five policy briefs based on OpenHeritage events as well as the research and filed work conducted as part of the project.
