OpenHeritage has released its second Policy Brief; this time on building strong partnerships for adaptive heritage reuse. Why do partnerships matter? What are the key challenges they are facing and the main opportunities they are creating? What are different partnership models and how do they work? Read our Policy Brief #02 to find answers to all these questions and more!
The document includes a set of recommendations on how to manage partnerships and create efficient governance structures. We hope that these will support policy-makers, heritage officers and other actors in implementing adaptive heritage reuse projects in Europe.
The Policy Brief is based on the second OpenHeritage Dialogue and the report on the OpenHeritage Observatory Cases. We encourage you to have a look at these deliverables if you want to dive deeper into the topic. For those who are interested in learning more about the OpenHeritage Observatory Cases, we recommend to check out the videos from all Observatory Cases as well as the interactive OpenHeritage Database.
In total, there will be five policy briefs based on OpenHeritage events as well as the research and filed work conducted as part of the project. Stay tuned!
